The UIUC Tech Help Center has implemented a jump menu in the “Log In To” section of their landing page, taking inspiration from WebAIM's JavaScript Jump Menus recommendations.
Tim Offenstein will lead a discussion about translating the features we build into our desktop designs so they effectively carry over to an accessible mobile and tablet environment. Some topics Tim will explore include:
Bryan Jonker, Dick Detzner, and Keith Hays will discuss what goes into making megamenus as accessible as possible. There will be actual code!
